Since rough terrain scissor lifts are typically driven on uneven surfaces, they can be difficult to operate. Because of this, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires proper training and certification prior to operating this class of lift equipment. United Rentals offers in-person courses that are part classroom and part practical where you will learn the basics of operation, rules and regulations, safety systems and more. Certification is good for up to three years. Contact United Rentals today for rough terrain scissor lift classes offered in your area.
